While our AI is highly accurate and designed to meet ICAO standards, PortPix does not guarantee that your photo will be accepted by government agencies or embassies. Compliance is ultimately determined by the official processing your application. We are not responsible for any rejected applications or financial losses resulting from the use of our service.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that the original photo you upload is a clear representation of yourself and that you have the right to use and process such image.

5. Payments

Fees for processed photos are billed at the time of purchase. All transactions are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PortPix or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
