Refund Policy

1. Digital Products Nature
Due to the digital nature of our service (instantly processed and downloadable photos), we generally do not offer refunds once the final image has been delivered and downloaded.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- A technical error occurred during processing that prevented you from downloading the image.
- You were charged multiple times for the same transaction.
3. Rejection by Embassy
If your photo is rejected by an official government agency, please contact us at saisaregama@gmail.com with proof of rejection. We will review your case and may offer a free reprocessing or a refund at our discretion.
4. Process
To request a refund, please email us with your Razorpay Payment ID and the reason for your request. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
