A. User-Provided Photos

When you use our service, you upload a photograph of your face. We use this photo solely for the purpose of biometric validation and processing (cropping, background removal, and resizing) to meet official government standards.

B. Technical Data

We may collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and device information to improve our service and prevent abuse.

3. Data Retention & Storage

We do not store your photos permanently. Your uploaded photos are processed in memory and are automatically deleted from our servers immediately after the processing is complete and the final result is delivered to you. We do not maintain a database of user faces.

4. Payment Information

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. PortPix does not store or have access to your credit card numbers, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party libraries such as Google MediaPipe for face landmark detection and Sharp for image processing. These tools process your data locally or on our serverless environment and do not share your photos with external parties.
